The works of Siri Brekke are decorative as well as functional. The plates are made from casts of forms that children play with in the sandpit, put together in new and often individual  constellations. The theme is mostly fruits and berries, and she attempts to make the decorations, colour and shape become a whole.
Her wheel-thrown works also carries an element of nature. Sometimes she combines the nature-like glazes with prints from own photograph of threes, branches and plants in general.
Other works that can be mentioned is the vases of porcelain that has a print that reinforce the transparent character of the china.
